Glad to hear you're having fun with old Bessy, she's a good old motorhome that will serve you well. How is that cool Scirocco working? Re: TZ250W Project

Happy its got a good home ;)
Hope you enjoy the bike.
My son and I kept the Bessy name for the RV: it goes racing 6-7 times / year with my vintage VW Scirocco...
Cheers, and keep the rubber side down !

FS: Oldskool GSXR modded & almost showbike

I would say that with Quebec plates going up so high, and my redirection into car racing has gotten me to do this; the only practical resource I have, is to put up my bike for sale ... I have put more than $12K in parts only, in this bike, without labor... I have almost all the receipts. Bike is #1 ...

Re: Motorhome still for sale ????

Peter,
Just be sure you heat cycle the thing proper:
I only heat cycled it once, so things will expand & retract, including fasteners....

I know you got some good people to help you out, but I brought this girl in this county, so I still feel obligations ;)

Enjoy her!

Re: F/S TZ250W 1989 reverse cyl.

For your entertainment, a video on the first heat cycle: Sounded real good, and no leaks anywhere...

You can see better the nice finish on the wheels & swing arm, at about the 1:30 minute mark...

Re: feeler TZ250W 1989 reverse cyl.

Here is a link on the bike starting up, before the restoration process started...
I can also include the starting rollers featured in the video, for an extra 100$:
It works with a 12V starter, and has the jumping cables attached.
