You have to do more than one job in order to live in the boonies. first licenced as a motorcycle mechanic in 1975, still pay the dues though anything with a magic box or mags is probably too new.
WETT certified (wood energy) instalation and inspection.
General construction for about 10-15 years. mostly cottage renovation, additions.
