The Norton at Barber- four camera view

Postby Doug MacRae » Sat Oct 17, 2009 12:56 pm

Firing up the Norton in Sportsman 750 trim with Herb at Barber. Looks like I had whole film crew with me but really I just moved the same camera around in different sessions. Call me Martin Scorsese.

No one wants to see a video of me highsiding after an oil seal blew and I oiled my rear tire. I'm only posting happy, good times videos. :P

Yes it is. He completely ruined the continuity in my film making. I should have made him sit there all day.

Doug,

Thanks for posting all of your videos this year. I've looked forward to cranking up the volume, and watching them. Whether you, yourself, like them or not, it's given us something to watch and look forward to.

It doesn't matter how short, everyone that has a bike, should have a camera mounted on it, if not for themselves, but to show everyone else to watch.
Quinte TT 2009. I came, I raced, I'm still grinning!!! Best vacation ever!!!

With 17 turns up and down hills there is almost no straightaway at all and you run Shannonville Nelson track type short gearing. Tricky to learn but lovely track. George Barber himself walked by my pit, shaking hands with admirers.

I've been to that track, but haven't actually been on the track. It's a beautiful facility with great viewing all around. You gotta see the museum as well.
