The members are going to be asked once again to make a committment to the future of our club. The ballot for the 2009 Rule Change Proposals, along with the details of the proposed changes and the recommendations of the Tech Committee is now ready to mail out to all our members.
The results of your vote will determine the direction our club moves in finalizing the rules for forks, brakes, carburetors and exhausts for Pre 65 through Period 4. The way you prep your bike for the 2011 season and beyond will be determined by the results of your vote. To give you time to study the proposals and recommendations, you will have until December 15,2010 to return your completed ballot to me.
Diane and I have frantically been collating, folding, stuffing and addressing envelopes to be able to hand the voting package out to the members attending the AGM. The rest of them will be mailed out on Monday, Nov. 15,2010 for those unable to attend.
Please help our club move forward by making your voice heard.
