2014 AGM and banquet:
It’s time to start thinking about our year end party, the 2014 AGM and Banquet will take place on November 15th in Laval Quebec, about 20 minutes north of downtown Montreal.

This hotel is walking distance from the biggest mall in Quebec http://www.carrefourlaval.ca and a few activities like the http://www.cosmodome.org/ a space camp activity center (great for kids) and a Spa accessible from the hotel http://www.amerispa.ca/nos-spas/centres ... aton-laval (mention the VRRA for a 10% discount on all health services) . The Hotel restaurant serves a brunch buffet on Saturday and Sunday for 12$ / pers.
Rooms: A block of rooms is on hold for the VRRA at $127/night, Mention VRRA when you call. The rate is guaranteed until October 14th ,after that regular rates may apply.

Tickets: tickets are $45 before November 1st and $75 after October 31st. It is important for us to know how many will be coming as early as possible, so please buy your tickets early and save some money. If you want to bring your kids 12 and under, they are welcomed, tell us and we will work out a fair price for the ticket. You can send cheque payment (made to VRRA) for tickets by mail to Julie Liliane Chevalier, 428 Rue Principale, Saint-Basile-Le-Grand QC J3N 1K5 and tickets will be held for you at the door.

Friday evening welcome party sponsored by the North Bay Crew : Will take place in the Auteuil room from 6h to 10h pm, come and bench race with us.
AGM: Will take place in the Terrebonne-Rosemere room (start time TBA to aprox 4h pm), a lunch will be served.
Banquet: Will take place in the Laval 3 room. Doors open at 5h30 pm and dinner will be served at 6h30 pm. The theme for the banquet is “60’s surf” so you are all invited to wear proper “surf” apparel to dance the night away to the sounds of surf rock once the awards have been distributed. There will be silent auctions and the very popular treasure chests, make sure you get your key early, they go fast…
Fundraiser: There will be 50/50 draws at CTMP and St-Eustache. At CTMP the draw will take place Saturday evening at the rock show. So look for sales people in the pits on Saturday…
