I too have a problem with Membership renewal.

Everything is OK until I pay by Credit Card, it accepts the card info, but will not confirm the transaction??
Is it something about names that begin with "F"?? Or just age related?

Tom- the actual checkout process is PayPal hosted, that's not anything we can help with. I can say that no transaction has come through for you as of this posting, so nothing has been charged. I'd try a different card, or open a PayPal account with a linked card or linked bank account. I'd imagine it's a credit card issue.

Help

Not for the first time but Series Tracker does not give me an option to renew my membership. I've been registered with Tracker for several years now but it only gives me an option to join VRRA and then it just tells me my number is already taken. Can't go any farther.

Am I missing a step??
