Bike is a 1984 EF (full fairing)
The fairings have been altered for racing.
Front end has the antidive removed and block off plates installed, with Racetech .80 springs
Steel braided lines up front with EBC pads (1 race on them)
Rear shock has been swapped out for a GSXR600 shock with modified linkage to work.
Stock motor, stock carbs.
Metzeler Lazertech tires (1 race weekend on them)
My dad was going to race but after his first time back he had a small tip off and the years of crashing in the 80s came back to him and he found out he is susceptible to concussions. So he has been advised that pit crewing is likely what he should be doing these days.
I raced the bike at the end of last year at Shannonville on the long track I managed to get down to 2:12s on a bog standard 550 which I felt was a decent pace on a bike I had never ridden before. If it doesnt sell I will run it at Calabogie in the endurance race along with running my R3 in the CSBK race.
Dad is looking for $1500 or a trade for a smaller enduro or dirtbike that he can take with him camping.
