Forgive my ignorance, I didn't know what a drixton was when I asked. Now that I know (did a little research) I would love to have something like that, but I doubt it's in my budget. I am 28 and have been around the VRRA as a kid with my father. My sister and I still own his VRRA racer. It's a 1969 Yamaha TR2, but that bike will never be raced again. My father passed in 1996 and that bike is a living room show piece.

I am looking for a vintage racer of some sort. I see I was a little late on the XS650. That would have been perfect for what I want. I race supermoto and I am looking for a vintage racer to do the Shannonville and Mosport VRRA events. So I dont want to much invested in a bike I am only going to use a couple times a year.

Let me know if you know of anything out there.

Sammer,
Not to steal this thread, but if you have a few photos of the TR2 you could share with me to help me out on my ersatz TR2 project, I'd appreciate it.
