The frame is a brand new KH400, engine S2 (good cylinders and pistons) - 350cc, Borrani rims
and a second motor w. STD cylinder (ported) and rebuilt crank.

Am starting a project on a 350 and could always use a second bike, how much are you asking and where is it located?
