How to Identify a Honda CB350 "Fat Cam"

How do I identify whether or not I do have a CB350 Fat Cam?
Reading online, there seems to be more disinformation than information.
Let me know.

The fat cam is just that. The shaft tapers up fatter in the middle.
The rest are the same all across the shaft.
