Front fork springs from Bob’s BMW, seals and rubber gaiters
Caliper seals and pistons, pads and rear shoes
Stainless steel sheathed brake hoses
Steering head bearings
Hannigan fairing including the lowers, painted base clear no pinstripes
Krauser cases are functional but aged, mounting system is good for bags but rear rack is gone (tended to break) replaced with home built.
Lester cast wheels running tubeless tires
Side covers not shown are included.
Fuel tank caustic bathed, welded and coated with aircraft coating.
Petcock internals replaced.
Seat vinyl recovered over original repaired base and foam.
Rear spline drive rebuilt by Bruno, Ironbridge, On.
New Replacement drive shaft, swing arm bearings and seals
Transmission rebuilt with new bearings and seals.
Clutch fork needle bearing replaced.
New engine Viton rear main seal (into clutch compartment)
New timing chain and sprockets, front Viton seals
Omega pointless,advance selectable ignition driving dual output new ignition coils... very reliable.
Dual plugged heads by Leitner and Bush Machine......can run regular gas without pre ignition problems of single plug set ups
Moto Bins Nikasil cylinders and pistons, standard bore
Swiss valves, guides replaced
Extra deep oil sump casting adds extra quart/half oil for cooling
Carbs renewed internally all new rubber, needles and floats, new bowls, carb /head rubber collars
Valeo PM starter – way faster than OEM Bosch, forget the crap you read online
Diode board, alternator brushes, voltage regulator
New OEM style headlamp (not shown), bezel plus new exhaust pipes not shown
Instrument cluster replaced with good used
All control cables replaced
Replacement rebuild able Boge shocks
Tires very good condition
All associated take off parts, used or new, manuals, the works
The mileage is undetermined as the original instruments only read to 99.999 km before rolling over. There is no history of previous owners.
This is a reliable ride with virtually everything replaced that showed mechanical wear. It is ready to ride for another 40 years. It is not in pristine showroom condition but is clean and better shape than most its age
