That's a pretty yummy little motorbike.
A lot of non-stock but period-correct bits like the Astralite wheels (instead of stock spoked), dual disc front brakes (a single front disc was standard) and a mechanical anti-dive set up on the front forks, which was very derigueur back in the late '70's / early '80's. I think the bike has a TZ250 H seat on it (a fairly common mod - made more room for our big fat North American butts and may have even given a little better streamlining).
And that's just the stuff I can see from a not very good picture.
