Airtech going OoB

Postby Dave W » Fri Apr 05, 2024 11:32 am

At present there is no update on Airtech website on its status and it looks like it always did.
However, there are lots of postings in many different MC Forums last 2 months stating he is closing it down.
Some Forums say he is not taking new orders and others say he is but not for long.

Seems his son has no interest and he is looking to retire.
He has been searching for a buyer but no takers so far.

So, if you have been sitting on the fence about ordering fiberglass products from them i would suggest look into it now.
Regards,
Dave W.

I would say Airtech closing is official. Phone disconnected. Doesn’t respond to emails. But he charged my Visa for my order that was never shipped. A sad end

Yes. They are closing their doors. I was talking to Max a few days ago and everyone is in the back trying to get the remaining orders shipped. You need to call at the right time to catch them in the office

The last official day for taking orders was the end of February but fortunately I was able to get some Suzuki and Honda parts squeezed in.

I think Kent had a few stupid offers for the moulds so I believe that everything that is not streamliner related is going to the dump at the end of June. Pity as he had some unique parts that will be gone forever

Thanks Brian but it’s hard to ‘catch them at the right time” when the phone was out of service on Friday. I’ll try email. Again. Do I want Max or Kent?
