Completed Nomination forms for upcomingExecutive Elections

The first completed Nomination form for the position of President was submitted to me on Sept. 15th.
A completed Nomination form for the position of Technical Coordinator was submitted to me on Sept19th.
I have edited my post under the same subject in the Bulletin Board to show the Nominee for each Executive position.
There are now only 10 days left to submit completed Nomination forms to me, Nominations close on Sept. 29th. The time for discussion and considering whether to step forward is rapidly coming to a close. The time to make your decision to actually commit to become a member of the Executive team that will lead the VRRA for the next two years is now.

A third Nomination form, for the position of Competition Coordinator, was received by me on Sept.20th.
I have updated my post in the Bulletin Board under the same subject.
We now have one Nominee for each of the two year terms ,President, Technical Coordinator and Competition Coordinator.
The position of Treasurer which is being filled on a temporary basis ,at this time has no Nominations. This position will be Elected for only a 1 year term .
This is being done to restore the sequence of Electing three Executives in one year and the other two Executives on the alternating year.
We now have only 8 days left before the close of Nominations on Sept. 29th.
It is your involvement as a member of the VRRA that will determine the structure and direction of our club for the next two years.

Instead of adding a new post as each new Nomination was received I have just edited my post in the Bulletin Board to add the new Nomination to the original post. That is why the date on the original post does not change even as new information is added to it.

I received a new completed Nomination form for the Position of Competition Coordinator on Wed Sept,25th.
Now with two Nominees for the position of Competition Coordinator there will be an Election . The new Nominee for the position of Competition Coordinator is now posted in the Bulletin Board under the same title.

An Election gives the power to decide who will become our Competition Coordinator to you the 2024 VRRA members.
When the Ballots are Distributed on Oct .2nd your Vote will be your Voice in that decision.

Potential Nominees for any of the Executive positions on the ballot now have only three days left to finalize their decision.
For our Nominees two points to consider from our Constitution.
".24. Elected officers may be acclaimed for lack of competing nominations."
" (c) Each elected officer shall maintain such records as
are necessary to carry out his or her
duties, and shall make all records available to the next
incumbent in each position."

On Thurs. Sept. 26th I received three Completed Nomination Forms.
One was a second Nomination for the position of President.
One was a second Nomination for the position of Technical Coordinator.
One was for the one year position of Treasurer.
I have posted the names of each new Nominee and the position they are running for in the Bulletin Board under the same subject title.
We now have only two days left till the close of Nominations.
Several Nominees have posted a summary of their platform and goals in the Bulletin Board to introduce themselves to our 2024 VRRA members in our private members only Forum.

On Sept 28th I received a completed Nomination form for the one year position of Treasurer.
I have edited my post in the Bulletin Board under the same subject title to add him to the list of Nominees that have stepped forward.
We are now in the final day ,Sept 29th , to accept completed Executive Nominations.
We now have two Nominees in every Executive position on the Ballot that have made the commitment to work as part of the Executive team .
I am planning on asking our Membership secretary to email the Voting Ballots to every 2024 VRRA member on Oct.2nd .
