Sidecar rides at North Bay

Postby Dave Hughes » Wed Aug 29, 2007 7:24 pm

Would anyone know if the sidecars plan to take paying passengers around the track in North Bay this year?? I have a friend who would love to have the s**t scared out of him. Dave.

Ooooh, now that's downright evil!

As for sidecar rides, the best answer is ask at North Bay, because as much fun as it is, introducing people to what we do, North Bay is very hard on machinery, and I'd hate to say yes, then let the person down, needing to do repairs.

As for scaring whatever out of people, I think Malcom's picture is by far a scarier proposition!

To add to Ian's reply. When we can we do spectator laps, the object is to lure prospects to the dark side, not to scare anyone. It has also been something we can do to show willing for the corner workers and volunteers who by being there let us race. Yes NB is hard on equipment and we look to be short of numbers with several no shows from among the regulars, but if we can we will. Paul.

There are parade laps on Sunday. (escorted by a car or something). Check with Pat Nicholson to see if that would work.
See you there,
Paul
