home video sidecars

Postby paul whittaker » Wed Jun 27, 2012 6:13 am

While corresponding with the Bennett brothers, I mentioned a home video of John Wilson building the rig they currently own. It also has 4 events SMP, Loudon, Shubie and Mosport on it. John and Jo, Sam Stoney, Spinny, Courts etc may be unknown to most of our present teams, so I wondered if some one had the capability to bring a VHS player and screen to the track next round for a Friday or Saturday evening show. The weather will of course co-operate. Paul.

Isn't the RACE school shop's walls white? Could be like a drive-in movie! If not, our brand new 14X6' trailer is white...

Being a proud Luddite I have no idea what technical marvels may project a VHS tape onto a white background, or if some one other than Halmar in Niagara can transfer the data onto a DVD ? Paul.
