Presented by Frank Giannini, a long time American supporter of Canadian road racing, in the memory of Oscar Liebmann creator of the legendary OLS Rennsport BMW that raced successfully in Canada during the 1950 thru the late 1960 era. Awarded to the winner of the Pre 65 350GP class at the annual VRRA Vintage Festival.
